구글은 지난 9월(2016.9.27)에 뉴럴 머신 번역 시스템 (Neural Machine Translation System (GNMT)) 을 내놓았다.  10년전(2006)에 내 놓은 통계기반 머신 번역 서비스보다 성능을 크게 끌어올렸다고 한다. https://research.googleblog.com/2016/09/a-neural-network-for-machine.html 하지만,  한국어에는 아직 미적용. 때마침, Naver Labs에서 자체 개발한 인공신경망(Artificial Neural Network) 기반 번역 (베타)서비스 제공을 시작했다. http://labspace.naver.com/nmt 네이버는 '파파고'라는 무료 번역 앱도 제공중이다. http://thegear.co.kr/12575 --- 번역할 일이 있어서, 성능 좋은 네이버랩스의 뉴럴 머신 번역 기능을 사용해 보기로 했다. 그런데, 한번에 200자 이하만 된다. Open API 아직 미지원. 그래서,  API로 돌릴 수 있는지 테스트 해봤다. 일단은 된다. 남은 일은 문장 단위로 loop 돌려줘야.
